Hi, I’m Pippa, a qualified person-centred therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), offering a calm, compassionate space for young people and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, bereavement and other life challenges to explore things at their own pace.
I provide open-ended counselling sessions online throughout the UK, as well as face-to-face counselling in Sturminster Newton, Dorset, and home visits, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. This includes online counselling for anxiety, depression, ADHD and addiction, alongside local counselling support in North Dorset. My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty and respect for your unique story.
My journey into counselling began with my own experiences of childhood trauma, abuse and addiction. For years, I struggled with anxiety and low self-worth and found it difficult to accept who I was, but through counselling, I found healing, self-understanding and the strength to grow. That personal journey now shapes the way I support others dealing with depression, addiction and emotional distress, with authenticity, care and a belief in the power of change.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, addiction, ADHD and autism, depression, domestic abuse, trauma, bereavement and low self-worth or self-esteem. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, experiencing loss or struggling with mental health, I offer counselling in Sturminster Newton and online counselling to support you. I am here to listen and empower without judgment.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you are ready to take the first step towards counselling for anxiety, depression, addiction, bereavement or ADHD, I am here to listen and support you.
I offer compassionate, confidential counselling tailored to support your emotional wellbeing, whether in person in Sturminster Newton, Dorset, across North Dorset, or online from the comfort of your own home.
