Hi, I’m Pippa — a person-centred therapist offering a calm, compassionate space for children (11+), young people, and adults to explore life’s challenges at their own pace.

I provide open-ended counselling sessions online, face-to-face, and through home visits, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. My approach is grounded in empathy, honesty, and deep respect for your unique story.

My journey into counselling began with my own experiences of childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction. For years, I struggled to accept who I was — but through therapy, I found healing, self-understanding, and the strength to grow. That personal journey now shapes the way I support others: with authenticity, care, and a belief in the power of change.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, addiction, neurodiversity, domestic abuse, trauma, and low self-worth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you — without judgment.

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Practice, along with additional qualifications in counselling skills and drug and alcohol counselling. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work in line with their ethical framework.
